Johan possesses a diverse and extensive skill set spanning the financial sector, from his roles as COO and later CEO at Catella and Catella Fund Management, to his chairmanship at Nordic Fixed Income and Landshypotek Bank. He began his career in law serving as partner at the Hamilton law firm. With a unique blend of expertise in finance, law, investments, board leadership, and regulatory experience, Johan is a seasoned senior executive and motivational leader dedicated to guiding teams toward achieving stretch goals.

BOARD MEMBER

A skilled business executive, Hanna’s roles as CEO at Rocker and Executive Vice President for the Nordics at Lendo have equipped her with a deep understanding of everything from leadership to the digital lending industry, international expansion, business development, entrepreneurship and leadership. Hanna began her career in finance as Controller at Stockholm City, moving into C-suite and board positions, including being on the board of directors in Lendo Denmark, Lendo Poland and Austria.

Currently CEO of BayWa r.e. Nordics, Maria has over two decades of operational and strategic experience with a strong commitment to renewable energy, primarily within wind and solar energy. Her previous roles include CEO of WPD Scandinavia and Account Manager. She is Chairman of the Board of 100% Förnybart as well as board member of the Swedish Wind Energy Association where she actively advocates clean and sustainable technologies, fields in which her name is long since renowned.

ADVISOR

As a former Member of Parliament and spokesperson for the Green Party in Sweden, Maria has been a driving force in advocating a strong environmental policy with a strong focus on climate-conscious solutions and clean energy. In her role as Vice-Chair of the UN's Global Sustainability Panel, Maria played a crucial role in shaping international strategies for a more sustainable future. Today, Maria is CEO of Miltton Europe, a leading consulting firm in Brussels that helps its clients understand and navigate the European political environment.

A distinguished leader with a remarkable political career as a former Member of both the Swedish and European Parliaments. Anders contributes with a deep understanding of political impacts on the environment. A humanitarian at heart, he has previously served as Chair of Climate - KIC and Chariman of the International Red Cross Disaster Relief Commission. He is former Secretary General of the Swedish Nature Conservation Association and former Policy Director at the UN Development Program. He is also member of the Royal Academy of Sciences.

For the past 13 years, Kenneth has been the CEO of InnoEnergy Scandinavia, a leading innovation engine in the energy industry with more than 200 energy investments. Having supported over 500 companies, InnoEnergy is at the forefront of the effort to achieve a decarbonized Europe by 2050, and it does so by leading three key industrial value chains; the European Battery Alliance, the European Green Hydrogen Acceleration Center, and the European Solar PV Industry Alliance for solar photovoltaics. In addition to his role as CEO, Kenneth is a member of the InnoEnergy Executive Board and serves on the board of the Swedish Energy Agency and holds several other board assignments.

SCREENING ADVISORS

SEA is an investor collective of more than 30 entrepreneurs, engineers and academics with extensive experience in the Swedish and international energy market and business development, some of whom have served as directors at Swedish energy companies and grid operators or as renowned professors in academia. SEA advises Finture in the early stages of the screening process by assessing the technical aspects of Finture’s energy projects prior to financing, acting both in an advisory role and as part of the company screening process.

Joakim has a diverse background in the financial field that spans over three decades working in finance with startups, sales, corporate governance, board work, mergers, investments and acquisitions as well as asset management, all of which he brings into his role as CEO. As co-founder of Fair Investments, Joakim has been involved in building a company that is today seen as one of Sweden’s leading companies in asset management. Joakim holds a master's degree in international business administration.

Srđan is committed to founding companies with innovative technical solutions in mind. Previously a credit risk model developer and digitalization specialist at a major bank, he founded Finture with the aim of solving a large enough problem with a hands-on approach where he could apply his analytical skills in various ways. Prior to Finture, he co-founded Seer Electronics and worked at Saab Combitech in various consultancy and leadership roles in defense and aerospace.

As former CEO of Varenne Invest and founder of AB Rugosa Invest, Jonas delivers exceptional insight into the financial world with a focus on investments. He has navigated complex business transactions and honed his financial skills at Carnegie Investment Bank and within M&A at Addnode Group. His entrepreneurial journey covers the creation of M.O.B.A Networks, a venture that culminated in a successful IPO. Jonas is board member of EY Entrepreneur of the Year, and holds several board positions in both listed and privately owned companies.

MARKETING & CONTENT CREATOR

Neringa’s prowess for marketing and content creation shows not only in the invaluable work she does for Finture as a marketing resource, but in her ever growing marketing career at various fintech companies. She currently holds a position as Product and Content Marketing Manager at Accedo. Prior to that she worked at Brite Payments as Head of Content, and held various marketing roles at Klarna. She holds a master’s degree in International Marketing, with a major in Business Administration from Jönköping International Business School.

COMPLIANCE

A dedicated lawyer and member of the Swedish Bar Association, Anastasia is specialized within the fields of business law and regulatory compliance. Her expertise within data protection/GDPR, financial regulations, and rules for issuers coupled with her impeccable understanding of legal advice adapted to specific client and business matters are second to none. Anastasia serves Finture as Head of Compliance and is responsible for all matters pertaining to regulatory assessments.

RISK CONTROL

Jonas is the CEO and Chairman of the Board at zeb Consulting AB. As a senior external contractor, he possesses over two decades of expertise in risk management, spanning both strategic and operational realms. He has delved into exposure monitoring across a range of risks, including market, credit, and operational risks, and has formulated risk management policies for numerous companies. Prior to joining zeb, he held the position of Head of Risk Management at various banks, credit market companies, investment firms, and payment institutions.
